Making the encryption as flexible as possible, and the file hosting as secure/private as I can.

A few people have been playing with a cut down alpha + aim plugin - I'll probably release the beta of that version this weekend. I havent decided how public the release will be yet. I may put it on the unfairnet site, if I feel it's complete enough.

It's being worked on in conjunction with another large program - they will probably be released around the same time.

Yes, but I've been working on http://shortreviews.net, http://longreviews.net, and http://rvws.net a lot lately - once I'm satisfied with those I'll switch back to some of my other projects.
